Privacy policy

Ortyx is a fictional company and this website is a demo project. The contact form does work, so here is what happens to the data you leave in it.

Data controller

The controller is the author of the project, Sergiusz Różycki. For anything about your personal data, write via the author’s website.

What we collect

From the form: your name, email, optionally your company, the application you picked, your message, the page language, and the date and wording of your consent.

Purpose and legal basis

We process this data in order to reply to your message (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Where the data goes

We store it in a private dataset in Sanity (Sanity AS, Norway). The site runs on Cloudflare, Inc., which processes IP addresses to protect against abuse. We do not sell or share the data with anyone else.

How long

We keep form messages for up to 12 months.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict and port your data. You can also lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (Prezes UODO).

Cookies

The site uses no cookies and no analytics. Fonts and scripts come from our own server and photos from the Sanity CDN, with no tracking. The “Pause motion” setting is stored only in your browser.
